Testimony to the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission

As part of the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission Research Support Project, Robina Institute researchers wrote to endorse the Commission’s recommendations and highlight research that supports several of the key proposed changes. 

The recommended changes, adopted by the Commission, have been submitted to the Minnesota Legislature and are scheduled to take effect on August 1, 2026.
