Rhys Hester
Former Fellow
Rhys Hester is a former Research Fellow with the Robina Institute. He holds a PhD in criminology and criminal justice as well as a JD. Prior to his position with the Institute, Dr. Hester was the Deputy Director of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing. His research has been published in academic journals and law reviews including Criminology and Journal of Quantitative Criminology.
Hester is currently a professor in the department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminal Justice at Clemson University.
