New Report: Board Members' Reflections on the Parole Process in Pennsylvania
The Robina Institute is pleased to present the first report of a project with partners at the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing and the Pennsylvania State Board of Probation and Parole that examines the accuracy of the Parole Decisional Instrument in predicting re-arrest, as well as to examine the parole release process from the perspective of the parole board and inmates who are up for parole. Dr. Edward Rhine heads the project, with Dr. Ebony Ruhland overseeing the qualitative portion the project, and Dr. Julia Laskorunsky conducting the quantitative analysis.
