"Rehabilitation," Francis Cullen, University of Cincinnati, presented at the Robina Institute Annual Conference, "Crime and Justice in America, 1975-2025," Thursday, April 26, 2012, University of Minnesota Law School.
Francis T. Cullen is a leading scholar in criminological theory and has published over 300 works on corrections, white-collar crime, public opinion, and the measurement of sexual victimization. He is author of "Rethinking Crime and Deviance Theory: The Emergence of a Structuring Tradition" and editor of "The Oxford Handbook of Criminological Theory." Professor Cullen is a Past President of the American Society of Criminology and of the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
