"Drugs," Peter Reuter, University of Maryland presented as part of The Robina Annual Conference "Crime and Justice in America, 1975-2025," on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the University of Minnesota Law School.
Peter Reuter’s research deals with drug policy in the United States and Western Europe. Recent books include (with four other authors) Cannabis Policy: Moving Beyond Stalemate and (with Letizia Paoli and Victoria Greenfield) The World Heroin Market: Can Supply be Cut? He is also author (with Robert MacCoun) of Drug War Heresies: Learning from Other Vices, Times, and Places. His book (with Edwin M. Truman) Chasing Dirty Money: The Fight Against Money Laundering is regarded as the most comprehensive study ever undertaken of efforts to reduce money laundering.
