Zachary Hoskins, PhD, was the first Robina Institute Fellow. He is now an Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Department at the University of Nottingham, where he teaches Philosophy of Criminal Law, as well as a Master’s of Art seminar on Political Philosophy, and occasionally teaches courses on medical ethics, ethical theory, and others. His book, Beyond Punishment? A Normative Account of the Collateral Consequences of Conviction is a philosophical account of the collateral consequences of a conviction, and is forthcoming from Oxford University Press in 2018.
