The Robina Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice at the University of Minnesota Law School focuses on combining theory with practice in the field of criminal justice. Robina faculty, leadership, researchers, and staff seek to initiate and support coordinated research and policy analysis; provide recommendations where applicable; exchange and share information, expertise, and experience; and be a leading resource on criminal justice issues including parole release and revocation, sentencing guidelines, criminal history enhancements, and probation revocation practices.
