As part of their commitment to “fund forward-thinking projects and to encourage-at major institutions- the exploration of new ideas and transformative approaches to critical social issues,” the Robina Foundation has pledged to fund years 4 and 5 of research currently being conducted in the sentencing law and policy area by the Law School’s Robina Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice.
Robina Institute Executive Director, Kelly Mitchell, was the reporter for the ABA Collateral Consequences Summit in Spring 2015. The article she wrote for the ABA has also been published in the Summer 2015 issue of the Criminal Law Practitioner.
